Refund policy

Return Policy:

We hope that you love your products from Shop Katelyn Rose. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt. Products marked as final sale will not be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with it’s original tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if we find the product not to be in like-new condition due to use or damage caused by the customer. We do not accept returns on lighting that has been installed.

 

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Shop Katelyn Rose will not accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a package is returned-to-sender, original shipping will not be refunded.

 

All custom orders, made-to-order items and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

To start a return, please contact us at shop@shopkatelynrose.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once we have received your item(s) we will process your return and a refund will be issued. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

Shipment of the wrong item(s)

If you have received the wrong item, you must submit a claim to Shop Katelyn Rose within 72 hours of the delivery date by emailing us at shop@shopkatelynrose.com and providing documentation evidencing the incorrect item was shipped (for example, a copy of the packing slip and your order confirmation, along with a picture of the incorrect product), and we will begin to investigate. All investigations into and the determination of whether an incorrect product was shipped, shall be at Shop Katelyn Rose’s sole and absolute discretion and is final. Should Shop Katelyn Rose conclude the incorrect item was shipped, Shop Katelyn Rose will provide you with a return shipping label for the incorrect item and will ship the correct product to you, as long as it is available at the time of contact, at no additional cost to you.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A “defective" and/or “damaged” product does not include (1) natural variances in the product, including but not limited to grain in wood, bubbles in glass, slight differences in color or print, or appearing slightly different in person as compared to the image of such product on the computer; (2) defects or damages arises from the failure by you or any other person to adhere to applicable use and/or care guidelines; or (3) defects or damages resulting from your, or any third party’s misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper or unauthorized use of the products.
